[supsystic-price-table id=11]
  1. There are a handful of features that sets these two watches apart. First, let’s start with the design. The Galaxy Watch is a bulkier smartwatch than Active 2, as a result, it’s heavier. But surprisingly, the more compact Active 2 has a slightly bigger 1.4 inches display compared to 1.3 inches of the Galaxy Watch. In otherwords, the Active 2 is a very lighweight smartwatch compared to the Galaxy watch which makes it more comfortable to wear.
  2. Secondly, Active 2 has a digital rotating bezel instead of a physical one on the Galaxy Watch. The physical bezel on the Galaxy Watch leaves it with a classic apperance just like a traditional watch. Although the Active 2 stainless steel model also looks classic, and classier.
  3. Another feature that differ between these two is the Bluetooth versions. While the Galaxy Watch is equipped with Bluetooth version 4.2, the Active 2 has Bluetooth version 5.0 which means faster and longer range connection.
  4. The Active 2 is equipped with more fitness tracking features which the Galaxy Watch lacks. The Active 2 features ECG and Blood pressure monitoring which the Galaxy Watch lacks. These two features were recently cleared in South Korea. Although each of these two is a comprehensive fitness tracker that can help you stay fit.
  5. The Galaxy Watch being bulkier has a higher battery capacity than the Active 2. As result, the Galaxy Watch will last up to 3 days or more compared to 2 days of the Active 2.

In conclusion, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 is a more advanced smartwatch than the Galaxy Watch. However, the Galaxy Watch isn’t lacking in features either, its also a great smartwatch, one of the best you can find on the market. The Galaxy Watch is a more suitable smartwatch for men, its looks bolder and will fit nicely on fat wrists, while the Active 2 is a perfect choice for both men and women.

Note, there is also a smaller model of these two, 42mm for the Galaxy Watch and 40mm for Active 2. Each of these two is a nice fit for women and anyone with a thin wrist.
